For battles between players in Tarisland there is a separate branch of talents and skills. You can take three passive and three active skills into battle. There is also a special rank system. Each new rank increases the character’s damage and health, but only in PvP. Your rank also allows you to buy goods corresponding to it from a special PvP store. You can fight against each other in duels, arenas, and battlefields. During the test, we were able to see only two field modes – cargo protection and point capture. In the first case, players must bring the trolley to the finish line faster than their opponents, and in the second, they must score more points for holding points on the map.

What we especially liked about Tarisland were the many little things that made the player’s life easier. For example, quick change of specialization – you can set up two sets of talents, skills, and equipment and switch between them with one button. To quickly move around the map, there are teleportation stones, and you can get to the active quest point using autorun. The auction is accessible from anywhere in the world. The interface can be completely customized. Junk from a backpack can be sold at any time by simply pressing a button in the open inventory, even if there is no merchant nearby. You can send recorded voice messages to voice chat, and the built-in translator automatically adapts both text and audio to the language selected in the menu. Tarisland blurs the boundaries between players more effectively than MMORPGs of yesteryear.
About the technical condition of the game

The game has nice graphics, but it was not possible to look at the local landscapes in 4K – the CBT client simply does not support such a resolution. The visual style is indeed somewhat reminiscent of World of Warcraft, but the character models and environments look much more modern. They have more detail and the textures are much clearer. To capture the beauty of the world, the developers have added a photo mode. To create the perfect photo, you can change the weather in the frame, apply various filters, adjust your pose, and completely hide the interface. The quality of localization is far from ideal in many languages. Some phrases sometimes do not fit into the dialogue window and are cut off, and the description of talents is completely missing.

We are probably talking about the following characters – a formidable Spider, a frightening Dragon, a mysterious Purple Creature, a giant with wings, and a powerful Druid. Apart from these initial bosses, Tencent has not yet revealed all of Tarisland’s content at launch. Therefore, we do not yet know the number of locations, cities, and dungeons. However, the developers have already announced plans to release a major “seasonal” update a month after the game launches. These updates are scheduled every 4-6 months. There will be two mini-raids for ten players and at least four additional dungeons for a party of five heroes. This approach ensures that Tarisland will constantly develop.
