After completing her basic education, Gayatri did her graduation. She completed Basics Course of Mountaineering from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering, Manali.
Since childhood, she was interested in acting. It was her interest and talent that she used to take part in many plays in her school and college as well. Moreover, she was so active in the cultural activities of her college and school.
When she was very young, she was given an award by the famous actor, Subodh Bhave. From then she wanted to work with him as a professional actress.
In 2016, she first played a role in a short film named “Intolerance” by Ajinkya Lokhande. This short film showcased the dark phase of humans in a world of intolerance and violence. Gayatri was not much recognized by this short film.
Her actual debut was with the Marathi TV serial “Tula Pahate Re” on Zee Marathi. She appeared in the lead female role of Isha Nimkar opposite to none other than her dream co-star, Subodh Bhave. She stated that she feels extremely lucky to have started her career by working with such a great actor.
